He was convicted of possessing child pornography, possessing child pornography with intent to promote, transmitting child pornography in Highlands County. Sexual offender Gary Lee Ebersole (DOB: 8/19/70) has registered a permanent address of 35 Basin St. in Lorida. He was convicted of lewd/indecent act in the presence of a child in Highlands County in Highlands County in 1998. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does not apply to this offender.
Sexual offender Jacob Stewart Miller (DOB: 1/28/82) has registered a permanent address of 4651 US 98, Lot 5, in Sebring. He was convicted of using the Internet to solicit/attempt to solicit a child for sex/lewd offenses in Hillsborough County in 2021. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does apply to this offender.
