Wanted Homicide Suspect
Lake County Sheriff’s Office detectives are currently investigating a homicide that occurred on Colby Place in Sorrento on February 20, 2025. Justin Fout and Patricia Neeley fled the scene in the white Dodge van pictured below. The van will have both front and rear end damage, and the rear should have red transfer paint from striking another vehicle. The right rear door is spray painted black, and the left rear door has a broken-out window. The van was last known to be displaying Florida license plate CX8651, but the plate is improper and not assigned to the van.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office currently holds an active warrant for Justin Fout for homicide. Patricia Neeley is currently considered a person of interest/witness. Fout and Neeley frequent the Orlando area but are reported to be homeless and living out of the van.
