On February 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., HCSO responded to a call reporting an elderly man with dementia missing from his home in Riverview.
With assistance from our Aviation Section, deputies conducted a search and located him on a dirt road near his subdivision. Their swift and compassionate response ensured he was safely reunited with his family.
