It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of retired K-9 Lady, who was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer.
Lady joined the HCSO as a single-purpose narcotics K-9 in October of 2013. She retired (along with her partner, Deputy Jose Molina) on April 18, 2023. She averaged more than 300 deployments and 60 arrests per year during her distinguished career with the HCSO.
