Last week, members of the Clermont Police Department Crime Suppression Unit were on routine patrol in the area of Old Hwy 50 and Blackstill Lake Road. Members conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Ms. Teresa Wills. Ms. Wills presented an altered fictitious form of identification but was quickly identified. Ms. Wills was found to have a revoked/suspended driver’s license. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine, fentanyl and cocaine. Ms. Wills was arrested and transported to the Lake County Jail charged with trafficking in amphetamines (more than 28 grams less than 200 grams), trafficking in dangerous fentanyl (more than 4 grams less than 14 grams), possession of cocaine, driving while license revoked with knowledge, possession of fictitious ID, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Wills is being held at the Lake County Jail on a $211,000 bond.
