Three School District of Osceola County administrators were selected to participate in the Florida Department of Education Chancellor’s Leadership Academy.
Christina Harrell, principal of St. Cloud Middle School; Henry Santiago, director of Middle School Instruction and Curriculum; and Jennifer Wrona, assistant principal of St. Cloud High School, will engage in professional learning opportunities with other educational leaders across the state.
During the 2024-25 Chancellor’s Leadership Academy, participants will:
• Foster and sustain a statewide community of leaders with a shared vision of high-quality instructional leadership;
• Deepen their knowledge and skills in identifying high-quality teaching and learning
along with professional learning necessary to support teacher and school leader growth;
• Develop skills in observation, analysis, and targeted feedback for educator growth through onsite and virtual coaching and collaboration; and
• Deepen their knowledge of Florida’s state academic standards to support student achievement. The Leadership Academy will officially begin in October.
