Original article: Lake County deputies are currently seeking the whereabouts of a missing elderly man, Michael Demarino, 73, who may be disoriented, confused, and forgetful. A Silver Alert is being issued.
On February 10, 2025, at approximately 6:17 p.m., Michael Demarino (d.o.b. 03/30/1951) was reported missing from his residence located at 1147 Cedarwood Way, Clermont, FL. Demarino is a White male, 5’08” tall, weighs approximately 250 pounds, has black and grey shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, and a thick beard. He was last seen wearing a grey striped shirt, oversized black shorts, and black and white slippers. Demarino is believed to be traveling in a 2020 black Jeep Wrangler, bearing Ohio tag 486XBV (Cardinal specialty plate), and may be in the Orlando area with no cell phone. His destination and direction of travel are unknown.
Deputies are asking the public to call the Sheriff’s Office at 352-343-2101 if they see Mr. Demarino, as deputies are hoping to ensure his safe return home.
