The Sebring Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer. If you are:
- – A high school graduate (or equivalent),
- – A United States Citizen,
- – Not a convicted Felon,
- – Of good moral character, and;
- – A licensed Florida Driver

SALARY & BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- – A $5,000 State hiring bonus for becoming Certified as a Florida Law Enforcement Officer
- – A $5,000 hiring bonus for already Certified Florida Law Enforcement Officers

- – $50,000 – $67,195 starting pay for Florida Certified Law Enforcement Officers
- – Take-home vehicles (45-air miles from headquarters to include adjacent counties)

- – $2.00 an hour on-call pay
