Rosa has five active Polk County warrants for: Grand Theft Motor Vehicle, Burglary, Driving under the Influence (DUI), Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (DWLSR), and Failure to Appear for Resisting.
Charles Seth Rosa is a 20-year old Hispanic male, with black hair and brown eyes, and about 5-ft 6-inches and 150-pounds.
Rosa’s last known address was on West Florida Avenue in Haines City.
He is known to be armed.
