HCSO has arrested Addy Ortuno Arroyo, 20, following a shooting on January 26, 2025, that caused serious injuries.
“Our team worked tirelessly to identify and arrest the suspect responsible for this senseless act of violence,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “Thanks to our detective’s dedication, this individual will now be held accountable for his reckless actions. We remain committed to seeking justice for the victims and ensuring the safety of our community.”
