Our hearts are heavy in Lake County as we mourn with the families in Winder, Georgia, in the aftermath of the tragic shooting at Apalachee High School. We acknowledge the fear and uncertainty that incidents like this can bring to our community. Our counselors and mental health professionals are available to support students, staff, and families. Additionally, please know that the safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. We are constantly reviewing and enhancing our safety protocols and working with our law enforcement partners to keep our campuses safe.
