Sexual offender Stanley Keith Yates (DOB: 16/12/70) has registered a permanent address of 251 N. Lone Bay Blvd. in Avon Park. He was convicted of lewd/lascivious assault on a child in 1990 in Indian River County, and 2 counts of indecent assault on a child in Broward County in 1996. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction DOES NOT apply to this offender.
