Sexual offender Will Kevin Musselwhite (DOB 3/20/66) has registered a permanent address of 4521 Granada Ave., Sebring. He was convicted of lewd/lascivious molestation of a victim age 12-16 in Highlands County in 2010. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does apply to this offender.
Sexual offender Joseph Wayne Walker (DOB 11/17/79) has registered a permanent address of 225 US 27 South in Sebring. He was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Hardin County, Texas in 1998. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does not apply to this offender.
Sexual offender Farid Farshid (DOB 8/8/49) has registered a permanent address of 404 Cloverleaf Rd. in Lake Placid. He was convicted of indecent assault of a child under age 16 in Broward County in 1994. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does not apply to this offender.
