The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide in Sun City Center.
On November 10, 2024, at 10:43 p.m., HCSO’s Communications Center received a call regarding possible shots fired in the 7200 block of Camp Island Avenue in Sun City Center.
When deputies arrived on scene, they located a deceased adult male with a gunshot wound.
“Our detectives are working diligently to find out what led to this tragic incident,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “We urge anyone with information to come forward and speak with our detectives. Even the smallest detail can make a difference in our investigation.”
