Starting Monday, Oct. 28, Kokomo Road (County Road 546E) and Detour Road in Lake Hamilton will close for 21 days. Kokomo Road will be closed at the intersection with Detour Road and easterly for about a third-of-a-mile, while Detour Road will close from Kokomo Road south to Water Tank Road.
