Rising Star Concert Series featuring the Kevin McLoughlin Band

This is the first show in the Rising Star Concert Series. Florida based Indie recording artist Kevin McLoughlin brings his surly classic southern blues rock to the Heard Opera house for the first time. Featuring songs like Beer:30 (the working man’s national anthem) and Day by Day, his album “It’s About Time” has gained international success for it’s catchy guitar oriented way of delivering memorable songs that transport the listener. Kevin is an official challenger in the 2024 International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN. Special Guest Jason Montero rounds out the evening.

In downtown Arcadia FL, the historic Heard Opera House is nestled in the middle of the best antique stores around with good dining and inexpensive hotels and Bed and Breakfasts close by, this event makes the perfect weekend road trip.
