On Thursday, July 18, 2024, friends, family, and co-workers of Deputy Sheriff Blane Lane gathered in front of the Sheriff’s Operation Center in Winter Haven, for the revealing of a statue of Deputy Lane, and a plaque with his name, at the PCSO Fallen Heroes Memorial.
