Lake County’s Office of Parks & Trails will close the South Lake Trail between mile markers 1.0 and 1.5 until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 28, to replace a portion of the trail that failed during Hurricane Milton. Trail users can use other parts of the South Lake Trail or the West Orange Trail sections until these repairs are completed.
