A new technical college is coming to Plant City next fall, and we are asking for the community’s input for school name recommendations.
The school will be located on 16 acres just down the road from Plant City Stadium at 1690 E. Park Road and will accommodate approximately 900 adult and high school students. The expected program offerings include industrial electricity, welding, building construction technology, HVAC, and forklift certification.
You can submit your name recommendations for the new technical college through Friday, Nov. 8. All submitted names will be considered by the school board, and a final decision will be made during the Dec. 17 board meeting.
