Sexual offender Matthew Joel Hoster (DOB: 4/23/84) has registered a permanent address of 737 Killarney Drive in Sebring. He was convicted of possession of child pornography in Highlands County in 2025. Florida’s 1,000-foot residency restriction does apply to this offender.
