City Staff will be installing sidewalks along Avenue O SE between First Street S and 3rd Street SE.
Where will work occur?
Avenue O SE between First Street S and 3rd Street SE. The eastbound lane of Avenue O SE will be closed. The westbound lane will remain open, however larger vehicles may want to follow detour signage around the construction area. All Emergency vehicles and local businesses will have access throughout the construction. Please refer to the Area Map attached.
When will work occur?
The work is scheduled for Thursday, January 9, Friday, January 10 and Monday, January 13 from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., all lanes will be open overnight.
All traffic shall follow the detour signage and flaggers for safety purposes.
Who will be performing the work?
City of Winter Haven/Public Works/Sidewalk Department.
