On November 20, 2024, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1148 Cambourne Drive, Kissimmee, located in
Osceola County, in reference to an armed disturbance call for service. Dispatch notes referenced the 911 caller, who stated
someone by the name of Kelsey had killed a 14-year-old child at the address by drowning them and had attacked the 911 caller
with knives and a hammer. Deputies made entry into the home under exigent circumstances and found a 14-year-old female
(Giselle Glover) unresponsive. Life-saving measures were performed, and the juvenile was later transported to the Poinciana Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation.
On November 20, 2024, The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit identified Kelsey Michelle Glover (Mother),
D.O.B 9/24/1989, as the suspect in the death of Giselle Glover(Daughter), and a warrant was obtained for her arrest for
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On November 21, 2024, Doctor Joshua Stephany, M.D. from the Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an Autopsy exam on Giselle Glover. Dr. Stephany listed the cause of death as drowning and the manner of death as Homicide.
On November 22, 2024, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit obtained an arrest warrant for Kelsey Michelle
Glover, D.O.B 9/24/1989, for First Degree Murder. This investigation is ongoing, and if anyone in the public has any
