Florida Southern freshman McKinley Holding paced the 24th-ranked Moccasins at the 11th annual LeeAnn Noble Memorial with a 13th place finish on the 6,166-yard par 72 course.
The Kissimmee, Fla. native finished the tournament one-under par 215 after starting the tournament with a 72 and 71 during Monday’s rounds and followed up with a final round 72. McKinley Holding finished 13th of the 92 active golfers on the course at Achasta Golf Club.
The Moccasins as a team finished in 11th place out of 17 teams with a team score of 888 (+24) after a final round of 299 (+11).
Behind Holding, Clare Gimpel was 34th (222, +6), Kaley Amuso was 39th (224, +8), Ava La Belle was 65th (232, +16), and Taylor Zachary finished in 68th place (233 (+17). Gimpel fired a final round 75 (+3) while Amuso and La Belle each carded 76’s (+4). Zachary closed the tournament with a final round 80 (+8).
No. 5 Anderson (SC) finished at the top of the team standings with a final score of 837 (-27) with rounds of 286, 271, and 280.
Wingate’s Amely Bochaton was the individual winner with a final score of 199 (-17) after posting rounds of 67, 65, 67.
