Experience the musical kaleidoscope and cultural journey of America’s longest-running performing ensemble, The Tamburitzans! “Tradition and modernity, education and entertainment, these are all ingredients mixed to perfection to craft a phenomenal show” says The Tamburitzans’ Artistic Director George “Butch” Kresovich, whose entertainment performance and production career at Disney taught him what it takes to captivate an audience. In just 2 hours of song and dance, 25 talented artists will escort you across the globe to places like Croatia, Bulgaria, Armenia, Slovakia, Mexico, to name a few. All performers are full-time college students at Pittsburgh PA-based colleges or universities who receive scholarship support for their ensemble participation. Traveling on weekends to share their talents, they return to Pittsburgh just in time for class Monday mornings.
