We can’t make this up. Witnesses called 911 after seeing a man inappropriately touching himself in the parking lot of Walmart in Poinciana. Thanks to their quick action and the prompt response from our deputies, the individual—identified as Alejandro Avila Caballero—was quickly located and taken into custody. There is zero tolerance for this kind of behavior in our community, and we appreciate those who spoke up.
