Lake County Sheriff’s Office Congratulates Lt. Ralph McDuffie on his 30 year achievement!
Lt. McDuffie joined the Lake County Sheriff’s Office in 1994 where he has served as a patrol deputy, K9 handler, Motors Unit Sergeant, and Emergency Management Director. He was promoted to Sergeant 2002 and Lieutenant in 2015.
Lt. McDuffie has been a member of the LCSO Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) team since 1995 and is currently the team’s Commander. Lt. McDuffie also serves as an instructor for the Sheriff’s Office, the National Tactical Officer’s Association, and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
