Juancarlos Fancisco Rivera, 33, of Sebring, is in the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility on charges of sexual battery, armed burglary, burglary with battery and criminal mischief in connection with an incident that took place late last month in Sebring.
Rivera is charged with using a crowbar to force his way into the home of a woman he had been dating and then raping her.
